Hi again!


So, like i'm pretty new to this Blackberry world. i've one more questions.


When i get a new SMS, the phone vibrates then ring and the led become red But the screen never turn on by itself. Is this just normal?
The same happend with reminders but not with phone calls.

It is normal for the screen to not turn on when an SMS arrives.

agreed. but you can download BBLight for free to have it turn the screen on when you receive SMS messages. it's in the general forum, stickied at the top.

IF you wish, you can also change the audible and visual alerts you get for SMS or any other message type by editing the Profile settings. From the home screen, hit "f" and then "a" to bring up the screen.
