Thanks for the help. It's a bit complicated, because Cellular One is merging with ATT, This took place at the ATT store, and they don't even have to "type" anything, they scanned the new SIM card with a bar code scanner, put it in, they were done with it. I don't have cell phone service at my house, will calling customer care be beneficial if the phone i need help with doesn't have service?
