I've recently switched from the 8100 to the 8120 on tmobile. I used to be able to get a call while on a conference call. Now it goes right to voicemail. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! thanks

i think tmobile only allows 2 calls to be conferenced in at a time. thats just from my experience with them anyway. i had a 8100 and a 8320 with the same tthing with tmo

I think this is right. Two calls is the most I've ever been able to have, whether on my 8800 or back in the days of Sidekicks.

thanks to all that replied. I talked with tmo. they said up to 5 people. they tested a 8120 there and the 3rd caller came through. they've sent me a new phone which i just tried and it too does not notify me of a 3rd person calling while on conference with 2 others. grrrrrr, how frustrating!!!!
