tried to find it and still cant but i see the memory as 964 but cant add to memory

i want to put music on my sd card but cant see it to place music on it each time i try it tells m their is not enough space but yet i see sd card showing 964 but cannot put music their

964 what? 964mb? did you enable mass storage mode? does it show under your PC as a removable drive?
