Default OS 4.3 & IT Policy

Please Login to Remove!

I recall reading that the IT Policy can be removed using an 8130 and OS 4.3. I did search and found the ResetToFactory information for JL Commander, but can this be done without doing a complete device wipe? I'm changing devices and I would like the 8130 to keep the applications and everything, but just remove the IT Policy since it won't be on a BES any more. Can anyone tell me how to do that?

JL commander will completely wipe the device from what I recall.
