I was never concerned about it, but I decided I wanted to check my 8130's internal memory after loading up a bunch of new applications.
I did a search on the forum to find the information should be under Options>About, however nothing comes up when i click it.

Did you delete the voice dialing module when cleaning memory? I *think* that is what trashes Menu>options

Try options - status.

The memory can be found under Options -> Status.

And if you can't click on Options -> About, that means you uninstalled Voice Activated Dialing (VAD). You can still get to that info, though, by holding down the ALT and then pressing the EACE keys (from the main screen).
