Angry Need help!

Please Login to Remove!

I have the error 570 on my screen. i have downloaded the OS software, but desktop manager will not connect to my phone so i can install the OS on my pearl. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Please don't double post.

I believe the error you see is 507 not 570.

Thumbs up Error 507

Just helped a friend with the same problem, you get a blank screen with tiny letters reading error 507. What I did is move the trackball down and you will see several different options where error 507 was written, one of those says erase modules, so we did, reeboot the device connected to the PC with the latest version of Desktop Manager, and click on application loader, you will be able to load the OS if you have it installed in your computer.
Hope this will work for you as it worked for my friend.
