I have the following:
BB 8130
BB Desktop Manager 4.3.0.15
Windows XP
Outlook 2007

When I try to sync w/ Outlook (address book or calendar), I am able to go through the entire sync configuration process untill when I push finish I get an error message "Microsoft Outlook Connector Error - No Availablr Message Stores".

How do I correct this problem?

It sounds like you may need to check the pointer in DM (configuration - synchronization - advanced) to make sure you're pointing to the right Outlook folders.

When I go in to configuration - synchronization I can see advanced but it's not a highlighted button that I can select. Only Configure is highlighted.
