Default I need help with my MMS messages.

Hi everyone,

Everytime I receive an MMS message on my Pearl 8130, I don't get any sound when I open the message. I get the notification when receiving it. Is this something on my end or is it something the sender is doing wrong? If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. Thanks, in advance.

Go to the BB menu and go to Profiles. Press advanced and press your active profile, go to MMS and set the volume, tone, etc..

i think he means sound in the MMS not the notification

Sorry Shaythong. I didn't make myself clear. I meant that after I open the message, if someone sends me a message with music or speak I can't hear it. Sorry for the confusion, but thanks for your response.

Are they sending video or a song or a voicenote...

I'm wondering about what they're sending and how...

Depending on the phone or carrier it's coming from can change the outcome...

Post back with any other info...
