Please Login to Remove!

I recently bought a Blackberry pearl for use on the Verizon networks. i have yet to receive it but i was wondering, how many gigs can the pearl recognize in an SD card. Will it recognize any size or just up to a certain size like some cell phones do. Thanks for help!

It depends on your OS. Go to Options > About and it the 3rd line down starting with v4. and match that to this chart.

They all use a MicroSD card and have the following maximum card GB capacities:

BlackBerry Device Software 4.2.0 Up to 2GB
BlackBerry Device Software 4.2.1 Up to 4GB
BlackBerry Device Software 4.2.2 Up to 4GB
BlackBerry Device Software 4.3.0 Up to 8GB
