Hi,

I just got gifted this phone, and I noticed the 3 and 6 buttons are harder to hit and mushy. Sometimes when I press 3 or 6 it presses other buttons also. So just a quick question, is there anyway easy way to clean it? I searched around a lot and couldn't find any answers (just the how to dissemble,then I guess clean?) I know this is sort of a common problem, hopefully there is so kind of solution!

The 8100 is not difficult to disassemble. I'd disassemble it. Just take care not to get dust and fingerprints on the inside of the lens and on the display. I don't know that this is a common problem, though.

I also heard that you should be careful disassembling because it might mess up the antenna, then you would be screwed. Lols sorta

Yeah, the chin cover can be a little tricky to get off. When you pry it up on the back be sure to pry it upward enough that it doesn't snag on the antenna tape on the bottom of the device.
