Default Speaker Phone Problem

Please Login to Remove!

I work for a company that uses blackberries and we come across lots of problems which i can normally solve/fix by using google. However today i have come across one that i cannot find a solution to so i thought i would sign up and hopefully someone can help me.

a user is complaining that when they receive a call and answer the phone it is going to loudspeaker for the first few seconds of the call then going back to normal volume.

im thinking it may be a firmware issue in which case i can upgrade him. (i have also had the problem with people not hearing each other for the first few seconds of a phone call on certain blackberries).

help please

Three weeks into our first trial of these, and one of our 8110s is doing the same thing - on answering a call, it goes to speaker, then a few seconds in, reverts to normal.
