Default my blackberry 8100 dead

Please Login to Remove!

i have blackberry 8100 o2 black, it suddenly dead.
and only have a red light blink blink every few second,. anybody know why is this happen and how to fix it

Call your service provider, they should send you a replacement unit at no charge.

Try taking your battery out for an hour or so. I had the same thing happen to me awhile back, and I thought mine was dead also. I did a battery pull for about 20 minutes, but it did the same thing. So, I took the battery out again and took a nap. When I woke up a couple hours later and put it back in, it worked again.

updating load, but its can complete 100%, always say fail after the 99%
