As a nubie, I have not seen anything about this on the forum. Is there a place on a 8110 where I should enter contact info such as "ICE"; Wifes contact #, other relatives, etc?? And what size media card would be workable in capacity for the 8110, with a 4.3.0.93 OS? Other forum info says that OS can support up to 8gb. Is that too high to work OK? Thanks all for your help.

Options > Owner is one place. If you lock your device, this will be the screen that show.

If you want to enter ICE as a contact in the address book, that is up to you.

4.3 OS will take a 8gb media card

in my address book, i have I.C.E. as one of my contacts, it's the wife's cell, home, and work numbers. I do not lock my phone. My only queston would be: The emergency room personal, ambulance drivers, whom ever whould need to get this info. Do they know how to get to the address books of any of the phones. i mean, I have a BB, the wife has a motor rzr, ( i think) you get to the phone book, address book differently. Every phone is different. How in the heck is anyone going to get the info they need to either save your life, or tell a loved one HE'S DEAD.???????????? Hey, i am not knocking it, i use it, I just HOPE someone knows how to get to the info when needed. That's just my 2.5 cents.

I carry a card in my wallet.

And it's on my owner's screen.

Thought I will share: this woman in Missouri lost her wallet with cell in the purse. one guy got it and he got hold of ICE listings and sent a text message to person's daughter "hey, i forgot my ATM PIN..i can't believe that" and you know what happened after that. IMO, Be careful how you store. I have ICEJohnDoe listings on my phone but that is not my immediate family/wife/esposa/spouse or new California compliant Victor/Victoria. If this is only for police then they know who is your spouse and they can get hold of you very easily.

Oh man, that's scary. All the more reason to keep your PIN #s to yourself as well.

I have my parents listed as ICE contacts in my address book, as well as my home phone. Definitely a good thing to have; the owner screen is a good place to put ICE info that I hadn't considered before.
