hello,

all of a sudden my blackberry pearl went into this mode where i was in multiple tap mode.
what i mean is that typing in , hello meant.

instead of
single type of gh
single type of er
single type of l
single type of l
single type of op

i think i went to the home screen and sclicked shift and symbol and got back the "predictive text".

do tyou guys know how to shift between these two modes?

SureType can be toggles to MultiTap and reverse, at Options > Screen/Keyboard.

Or in most text fields, pressing menu will give you a choice to enable MultiTap or enable SureType, according to the mode you are currently in.
