I have no idea how but from what i can figure out my blackberry has managed to get stuck in shift mode, when I get into a message I can only type in capitals and multi tap? My trackball is just highlighting messages, i cant open them using my trackball at all, I tried to go into help but the trackball just highlights all the writing and doesnt let me scroll down?

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

I would start by hitting the ALT and SHIFT keys, see if this gets rid of it. I had that problem on my 8130 a few time, and a battery pull (removing battery with the device ON, wait 30 secs, replace) usually wouldn't fix it, but try that too.
