Yes, I have read the many many threads about this same issue, but I still have not found a way to fix it. I am running a 4.3 OS on my Blackberry 8130 and I have desktop manager 4.3 (the most updated Sprint Desktop Manager software). I have all my files in the same folder, (the .cod and .alx) and it still gives me this error message. |
