Headphone Trouble
 

I have a problem,
The headphones that came with my BB 8120 were working good until today, When i make calls or answer calls there is this thumbing sound (like its switching between the headphones & the phones headpiece) , and the volume meter on the phone moves up and down.
The weird thing is that wen I am listening to music on it, it works perfect..
Can someone tell me whats the problem?

It might be a software issue or hardware. yet it on a different phone. If its still like that, its the headphones

This may sound dumb, but ensure the headphones are plugged all the way in. the volume adjusts for with headset, and without. It's a 3 way plug, in that it will click 3 times before being fully plugged in. If you are fully plugged in, and getting that issue, then it's the headset I'd say. Time to buy a new one.

i push it all the way in, it would be ashame still i dont even have the phone for a month yet.
