Asked it a few times and never really found a solution.

It asks every time I I want to allow opera to connect to the internet. Its all allowed in the firewall and everything. Ive reinstalled a few times and still get this error. Is there something I am missing, or do I need to press "allow" every time I want to use opera?

Yes.

Allow the connection. That prompt comes up because it is not certified with RIM I believe. I am not sure on that statement. Nonetheless, you will always see the prompt.

I did too on a previous version.
4.0 and 4.1 have always given me the prompt.
