I just installed 4.5.0.42 on my 8110 and none of the emails are coming through as HTML.

In OPTIONS>EMAIL SETTINGS I have HTML Email to YES, and download images automatically.

Even when I get an email and read it, I do not see a download images option in the pull down menu.

Any ideas???

Thanks.

When you open an email thats supposed to have pictures in it, have you tried going directly on top of the image and hitting the menu key? I know that when I get HTML email that doesn't have images, I dont get the option.

I'm assuming you've tried a battery pull?

I don't know what to tell you on this one. Maybe make a backup of your device and try reloading the OS.

--Delete the current email service books from your BlackBerry.
--reboot the BlackBerry
--confirm they are no longer on the BlackBerry.
--resend from you BIS.
--See your Activation message, confirm the new service books are present on the BlackBerry.
--try again.

Options > Advanced > Service Books. Highlight the unwanted one > Menu > Delete.
