Default Help - 07-07-2008, 10:45 PM

I just got my blackberry today...and I try to put a new theme into my blackberry... so i install the desktop software into my PC.... after it install and i put my USB in my PC and my pearl... and the battery icon flash 1 second to charge power but it go back to normal icon... and then the blackberry can't connect to my PC nor charge in PC or wall charge.... then i put my whole battery of and in to start back a normal blackberry.. ( which it can charge)............ ( with out the desktop software, just plug in USB same thing... can't connect or charge in anywhere..) why is this?


please i need helps ooo... i got at&t 8110 version.... and how to record video...( i dont have memory card)

haven't install setup wizard yet... if that help.... come on man... i need it badly!!! what is wrong? the usb or my bb?

man.... so weird man.... it works in my sisters computer that is vista.... and didnt install anything software... i think my computer port cant connect or something?? but my computer works with my ipod.....

The desktop manager app installs the USB drivers so the PC can recognize the blackberry. Did you reboot the PC after installing DM?
