Hello All

I have a 8100 my carrier is T-Mobile. Whenever I go to turn the wireless on or off the phone does some kind of reset were the screen goes white and the hour glass comes up. After it does this for about 5 seconds it comes back and everything is fine. Also when I am going threw the menu it does it as well. I have updated the phone software but still no luck. Any Ideas?

Could it be an internal issue?
