Default Here is my problem with mobile banking - 07-14-2008, 06:36 PM

Hello,

I have a pearl 8110. I have been trying to do mobile banking with it but I am having some problems.I live in Montreal and bank with Caisse populaire Desjardins.I can get on to the site and log in my account. The problem is once in my account I can not click the links to get into my account nor to pay bills.the only links I can get into are the unimportant ones like contact us and help.I have contacted the Rogers help line and everything is ok on their side.I have contacted my bank and they say I should be able to without any problems.I have enable javascript and al the other things I could. This seems to be some kind of security issue. Can anybody here help me out or guide me in the right direction ?...

Thanks

ps.seems I only have this problem on this site..

That means you changed your emulation to Internet Explorer when trying to get all this to work. Go to Options > Browser Config and Change Emulation back to BlackBerry thn download

I leave the BlackBerry Browser on BlackBerry to take advantage of Mobile sites and use Opera for everything else.

I've never been able to get on my account with my bank either bb browser or opera er I can get on but not click no links. Think its a security thing though. Cause its not to hard to get a cell number and be unknown pretty much then transfer a bunch of stuff and walla the perp is Scott free. Then again many people can do this but some banks are more worried bout this then others.
