Hi, I have a friend who has a BB 8130 and it is only keeping the last 10 or so messages (emails) on it then deleting them. Is this a memory issue, or is there a software setting somewhere on it, or the BIS that we are missing to keep old messages.

Tested the email account on another BB 8800 and it keeps messages for days.

Sounds like a memory problem, have him do a battery pull (with the BB on) and have him check the file free in options>status. best to keep it above 10-12mb to prevent this.

This is a VERY common memory issue.
