Default Free MSN messenger replacement? - 07-23-2008, 02:51 PM

One that I can use instead of the oem OZ that uses txts. I want one that uses data only. I don't really use the other IM services but if it includes them it's OK. Thanks......

Looks like it's $5.95/month or $35 forever. Rats!

The Windows Live Messenger client for BlackBerry doesn't cost anything to use, and it should be available on all (or most) carriers now. You can get it from http://www.blackberry.com/instantmessaging or http://www.blackberry.com/livemessenger.

Web Messenger is free - and works with MSN.

I have it, and found I just dont use it. I use IM at work - so it (IM) is more of something I use on my workstation then my phone.

But it does work.
