I have a 4 GB memory card, it has the following on it
- Videos
- Pictures
- Music
- Ringtones

I'll pull it out to verify that nothing is on the onboard memory and i can confirm this.

Here is what i have installed on my Pearl other than the standard software
- 1 sync'ed e-mail account (0 messages)
- Google Docs: maps, mail, talk, sync, docs
- iBerry 2.0 Theme

I'll hit Shift LGLG, clear log, take battery out, and then check status
0 bytes free...

what is taking up so much space??? it's so frustrating. can anyone help?

Go to options and status what is your memory free...

And pull the battery out for a few minutes, clear the cache on the browser.

that status is at 0 (as mentioned)

I just cleared internet cache and pulled the batter... wow, 9 megs worth of crap? still find it hard to believe this thing is 80% full. I'll read that link above, thank you.

Go into options then status and being up the menu. You should then see an option for database sizes. Perhaps that will show some huge memory use.
