Are they the same? I recently purchased a Pearl From Craigs list. It did not include a CD or usb cable just a charger and phone.. Ive downloaded Desktop Manager.. Im waiting for a USB cable to come in the mail.. If these are two different things how do I get ahold of a copy Or UserTools? My Main thing is to transfer data manger ringtones and more...

BlackBerry Handheld Software v4.3.0.135 This is what I downloaded.. Is that right.. I didnt see anything with "Media Manager Attached"

No, "Blackberry Desktop Manager." The latest version at the link I gave you there is 4.5.
