Default 8100 Mac Modem Script Download Trouble

Please Login to Remove!

Hi -

I have a Powerbook G4 laptop with 10.4.11 and am trying to download the "Blackberry 8100" modem script (from one of the posts here) to use my device as a Bluetooth modem. Every time, it wants to download the file as text and not as the actual script? I've tried removing the .txt when it reaches the Desktop but it still stays as a text file. Does anyone know how I get the file to download as the blank script file instead of text?

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Jon

Default

You need to do the MAC equivalent of "right click" on the file, then choose "save as" from the menu.
