Default Desktop manager problem

Any advice on a small problem here would be appreciated. Since upgrading my 8100 to .55 I have had a problem when sync ing with the DM. It checks for application updates then prompts me to upgrade a number of core apps again (presume this is .55 again). How do I stop this happening?
many thanks YBH

Continue through to update. Go past the list of apps with the checkboxes and see exactly what files it wants to add/delete. I had this happen where it told me there was an update after I did the update and when I went through the apploader nothing actually updated. It never asked me again.
