When i get a new SMS i don't get alerts anymore, the only thing that lets me know i have a new messsage is the LED indicator. Beside the message icon there is a (-1) symbol. Can anyone help me fix this?

Go to your profiles, then scroll all the way down and select advance, select your profile hit the menu button (left of the scrollball), hit edit and make sure under sms that you have "tone" on the out of holster mode...you might have changed your profile

I went there, and it wasent changed, and the (-1) symbol is still beside the messages icon.
