I saw this
TMOBILE 5.99 data Plan [Archive] - Hackint0sh
I have bb perl 8100 and where do i go to add proxies? or someway so that i can use T-zone and use web on my bb.

I'm not sure about proxies, but in the link you sent I see that they bring up:

To change the APN, you go to Options > Advanced Settings > TCP

ok. But can i not just visit websites from t-zone browser and see maps and so on with that 5.99$ plan from t-mobile?

From what I heard, that plan does not work with the Blackberry. Someone with more experience can help you out a lot better than I can, sorry man
