Got the code and instructions on how to unlock my device. Question: when they say to type in "MPPED" and "MEPP2", how do I know whether suretype or multi-tap is being used? I read in the instructions that with stuff like password, it'll automatically change to multi-tap.

First, it's MEPPD. Just type it in as if you were using suretype. Use the alt key for the "2"

You'll know you're doing it right when you see the screen change after typing it in.
