The only thing I could think of is if your near a magnet that is putting the phone to holster and then when you look at it, its waking it up. When I have my 8320 in the case it puts it to sleep and when I pull it out, it automatically opens up the text or email

That has happened to me on occasion just from hitting enter or something when pulling it out.

And please don't take this the wrong way but I think you mean "voila" not "walla".

Do you use a holster with a sleeper magnet? If you wait 15-20 secs after getting a notification, then the texts or emails will not open up automatically. Not sure why it does this though.

I really like this feature. If my phone starts vibrating, I simply pull it halfway out of the holster, read the message, and push it back in. No buttons to push and it is extremely quick. I find it very helpful and convenient. If it is something that I want to keep marked as "unread", it's a quick 2 button combination and I'm done.
