I don;t know if you can offer any advice or if anyone knows anything about this situation but i have just received a new 8110 from O2, tried to register it on o2email.co.uk to get it set up and it says account suspended.
I have called O2 and they said it's a problem that is related to all BB's with a pin number starting 254 (which mine is)
from looking at forums it seems this problem has been going on for weeks and O2 say the problem is with RIM?? but they have no idea what it is and how long it will take to fix?
Just wondered if anyone had heard anything about this or of any cases like this and can offer advice, as i'm now 4 days into having my BB and can't access internet or email at all and it's driving me crazy!
