Default Odd questions

I have a couple of odd questions. When you back up a blackberry, does it also copy and store all the info that was contained on the media card? Also 2 days ago my Blackberry was stolen, I shut service off to it. Is it true that Tmobile has no way to track and opr prevent someone from putting in a different sim card and using the device? I was told by Tmobile that it "wasn't there concern". I would think that they could flag the IMEI # and not allow it to be used on there network. Any thoughts. And would someone have a n idea where I could get a Blackberry at a fair price since Tmobile will not let me purchase another at an upgrade price? Thanks!!!
