This is my 3rd blackberry 8130 and all 3 have done the same. The phone erases my text and call log and then does not let any incoming calls or text come in. I have to take out the battery and turn the phone on again in order for it to stop. Does anyone know why this is happening and or what to do about it? It's not a setting on the phone because i've already take off the erase every 30 days for the text. Please help!!!

3 devices have done this to you and you were never told to get the video sample software off the BB?
I would yell at the Sprint people

Erase all the email accounts and configure them again, this worked for me, after weeks of changing all settings.
