My 8100 is able to locate the audio device, but it will not pair with it. I know that this device ask for a pin code, and in know the pin code is 0000 because my old phone paired with it. My blackberry wont even ask to put in the pin code. Am i doing something wrong? Thank you

What is the device? It sounds like you don't have it properly in pairing mode.

With my Moto headset I have to hold the button on it down until it lights up. Without knowing the model its hard to say with yours. Do you have a manual for it?

If you don't have a manual for it, I suggest going to the panasonic website and see if you can find it. Or just type your question into the Google search bar!
