Default Desktop Manager Issues

Please Login to Remove!

So I got the 507 error and am attempting to put the OS onto my blackberry. I am not too aware with the desktop manager... but I have it installed as well as the newest OS for my 8130.

I have my blackberry plugged in (USB) and have desktop manager running. It detects my blackberry being plugged in (windows does anyways), but I do not think that the desktop manager recognizes it. Where it says 'Device Connected (PIN)' in the lower left it says None. When I click on this 'None' it comes up with a window and i pull down the drop menu under Connection Type: and it says USB-PIN: 31D2639 . I select this one and press ok... but still it says None there.

I tried ignoring this and clicking on application loader and update or add. Neither work and it times out in connecting with my blackberry and brings up a message saying it cannot connect with my device and that it might need a password.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Thanks!

Ok hook up your BB, then go to the device manager on your PC. You should have a yellow symbol next to the usb driver, unistall it with the BB plugged in and then unplug it and plug it back in.
