Default OS Arabic Language Desktop manager 2KB

Please Login to Remove!

Hello! I have a Cingular Blackberry Pearl 8100 and I have just installed the OS from the company called Vodafone Egypt. I downloaded from this particular Provider because I wanted to get the Arabic language on my Pearl. So I downloaded and installed the OS and deleted vendor.xml, And the connected my phone and Started for the Desktop manager to downgrade from that pesky beta. I see Arabic language as one of the options to install it, I see it's only 2KB and the others are like 1343kB Or something. So I downgraded and then i tried to look If i had the Arabic language so i can change my phones menu to Arabic, But it didn't show up on my phone.

Is there something I did wrong?

How can i get the Arabic language on my phone? I don't need to type Arabic just want the language on my phone to be Arabic so my father can use it He only uses it from calling and themes. Maybe web browsing on it.

But why is it the only one that says 2KB? Hebrew and Arabic both say 2KB.

My desktop manager is set to Arabic (Saudia Arabia)

Thanx for your help!!! =D
