Hello. I just got a blueant z9i and paired with my 8120. Sor far I love it, but for some reason I can not control the volume from the handset. Any suggestions would be greatly apprieciated.

Did you resolve this? I have the same problem and will return mine if I cannot find a solution. I've never had a BT earpiece like this; the handset volume is literally locked and cannot increase or decrease. Adjusting it on the earpiece is asinine.
