Default Sync and OWA

Please Login to Remove!

We have a teacher that is using their phone to sync to our exchange 2008 server. It is working fine, but he wants his wife to be able to check her email by going through the OWA. She can log in but can't open the email up, i've heard this is because the browser doesn't support frames. Is there a way to fix this?

Also, if this can't work he wants us to setup her email on his phone for our exchange, which is no big deal, but he doesnt' want it to auto push the emails through. He wants to manually sync it when he wants, is there a way to set this up so it doesn't automatically sync when he gets an email?
