Just bought a Pearl today. Everytime I try to call someone the it automatically takes me to the Terms and Conditions Message that you have to agree to when you purchase the phone. I already agreed to it at the store, and all it says is that I've already agreed to it and that the phone is ready to be used, and If I have any questions to call the company. Is this a problem with my mobile company? How do I get it to stop giving me the same message?

You need to call your mobile provider. It's not a device issue.
