Default Battery Issues using OS 4.5 on TMobile Pearl 8100

I searched around for this topic, but didn't find anything specific to the 8100.

That being said...

After upgrading to OS, I noticed a SEVERE decrease in battery life. Like, really bad. Needless to say, it took a little investigating, but I was able to return to normal battery life by doing the following.

1. Delete Blackberry Maps
2. Set Mobile Network Selection Mode to Manual

I'm not sure if both of these were culprits (as I'm not that patient to trial and error). But it sure was one of them.

Anyone else?

This happened to me after the first few days. It was beamberry or whatever it was called that kept erroring out and for some reason draining my battery. After that uninstall and a few days....all was fine again.
