Every now and then I will look at the back of my phone and the flash will stay on constantly. The keys will be locked but it will just turn on. I go through all the menus but dont see anything. So eventually I just flicked the light and it turned off. Its only happend about 3 times, but I cant imagine that it's good that I have to sit there and flick the flash to turn it off. Any ideas why it might be doing that?

If when you flick it, it turns off, then I'd expect it to be a hardware failure (loose wire/connection) so hopfully it's still in warranty!!

You could give flashing it to the latest firmware a go, but I think you're going to need a replacement.
