I got my 8120 last May and it was fine for about 5 months. Then I started getting dropped calls all the time- sometimes 4 in a row. I got a replacement- a refurb and had a dropped call on my very first phone call. I now got another replacement- they actually sent me a new one. I'm getting dropped calls again. It get the dropped calls in all situations- home, the office, on the road, talking to different people. AT&T says coverage in my area- St. Cloud, MN is good. What gives? Are other people having this problem?

A couple of things to try:

If you can, try putting your SIM in a different handset that an 8120, and use it in the areas where you drop calls now. This would help determine if the local network is the issue.

Check the software version of your 8120 (Options>About-software version should be the third line down)-if it is an older version of software, an upgarde might help.

any chance it's a problem with the SIM card?

OK got a new SIM Card- no good.
Updated software- no good
I've now had 3 8120 phones

Dropped calls as in, the phone call gets rejected automatically?
Well, that happened to me, and I figured out that it was because I had edited one of my profiles. Go to the edit page of all of your profiles, and check if you have "Do not Disturb" or something like that checked. If that is checked, it's as if you have your phone off, except you receive texts.

when i am making phone calls it automatically ends the call and says "call ended" i call them back and sometimes it hangs up on them again. I'll call them back and sometimes it hangs up on them again!!!!
