Default Is anyone elses Internet slow on the Pearl?

Please Login to Remove!

I recently purchased the BB Pearl and my internet is super slow. I'm with AT&T and am considering changing phones again. Any suggestions on new phones or is it my carrier? I liked the size of the Pearl vs the Curve, but need something a little faster when on the internet. Please help

Yup, its a limitation of EDGE. Think of it as dial up. Now 3G is faster, think of it as DSL, and WIFI is the fastest, think of it as Cable.

I have an 8110 (had an 8100 prior) and I don't think the internet is not slow. It's not fast like my cable modem at home, but very useable. Check your browser settings. No need to check off every box.

Same here.
Its not as fast as cable or anything, but its good, at least for me on TMO.

It might be a bit much, but for me, if I'm out like I am now and want speed, I use my iPod touch. I'm not exactly sure whose wifi connection I'm on, but I am just checking things and not doing a lot of surfing.
