I've had this blackberry for a few months and it's been nothing but trouble. All right so I put some music on it using the media manager cause I got a memory card for Christmas, but my computer crashed halfway through the transfer. I got half the music on there and then I went back and put the rest on it. It shows up under the media manager but when I try to look at it on the phone the second half of the music doesn't show up. I deleted all the music and re-uploaded it all at one time, but it did the same thing. Then i formatted the memory card and when I put it back in the phone the phone shows that the first half of all my music is still on there when it really isn't. You can't play the songs, because they're not there, but they show up like they're still on the memory card. Has anybody ever heard of this problem before? oh and my second problem is that my browser disappeared, isn't there a website where i can download the browser like any other app or do I really have to take it back the the store?

Try re-sending your Service Books ( from your phone, Manage Internet E-Mail> Service Books>Send Service Books). After you have done that, pull the battery for 15-20 seconds, then reinsert it.

That should help both issues.
