my wife and i just got pearls after leaving the storm. anyway, hers is recognized by windows xp but mine will not recognize and says there is a usb driver issue. any idea why or how to fix it? i cannot do anything and am stuck still using my storm (which i obviously dont want to) until i get it fixed. i find it weird that the pc (actually two different pc's) recognize hers but not mine.
