Alltel uses CDMA.
AT&T uses GSM.

You can't use an 8110 on Alltel.

It is not possible as they use different technology. The 8110 is a GSM device, and Alltel is a CDMA carrier - they also do not let devices outside of Alltel-branded devices on their network, from what I have heard.
