Default Deleting multiple addresses from handset?

Please Login to Remove!

Anyone know how to delete multiple contacts at one time on the Pearl (from the handset?) I am going to give it to my daughter and it has hundreds of my phone contacts in it that I would like to get rid of.

Welcome to the forums!

Go to Options>Security Options>General Setting and press the menu key. You will see a sub-menu that included "Wipe Handheld". Select this, and type in the word "blackberry".

This will wipe out asl personal information and reset the device back to factory specs.
1st Step in Troubleshooting: Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?
2nd Step in Troubleshooting: Pull the Battery.
